chicken Hatchery Assistant - Rugby CV21 - £25,500

Siamo Group are looking for the right person to fill this role working Friday – Tuesday 10.00am – 18.00pm with flexibility in our Incubation team to include the following tasks:

• · Transfer of eggs from Setters to Hatchers
• · Candling Eggs
• · Monitoring the performance of the incubators
• · Incubator troubleshooting
• · General hygiene duties
• · Hatchery operative duties
• · Follow appropriate cleaning and hygiene standards, according to agreed company protocols 

The successful candidates must have

•  good communication skills, be a team player and good people person, and have ability to work using their own initiative and also to work as part of a team

This role will include a certain amount of manual handling and also people management and training.

Annual Salary: £25581.36 (bonuses included) or £12.94 /hour
