Business Development Executive
Siamo are working with an organisation shaping the future, an organisation that leads the way in Digital Publishing, who are currently looking to extend their business growth with a Business Development Executive.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be given full training to help you develop within the role and company, with the aim of building long lasting relationships and providing account management duties, working towards your KPIs, and achieving the highest possible earnings for yourself.
You will be interacting daily with customers both face to face a via teams, solidifying your relationships, providing consultative support, and selling the products, aiming to increase the customer database.

This role would suit someone from a sales background, that also holds a deeply keen interest in Humanities or Historical subjects, a qualification would be an advantage.

- A starting salary of £25,000 basic + £4,000 OTE (Reviewed Annually)

The successful Business Development Executive will hold the below experience:
- The ability to demonstrate, or quickly learn, consultative selling skills
- A genuine interest and an enthusiasm for the humanities, taking pleasure in speaking to experts in their field about their research and teaching
- The ability to oversee and support a broad range of accounts
- The ability to be proactive in seeking out new business opportunities, including those arising at conferences where you will be representing the business
- Effective communication skills, with the capacity to build strong relationships and work efficiently with both internal and external stakeholders
- A desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team to reach and exceed sales targets
