Siamo are now looking for an On-Site Account Manager, to join the onsite Siamo Team for our Logistics contract in Dunstable.
This is a new site with a great onsite team, a hardworking but fun office environment and you would be working with a great client too.

Previous experience within the Recruitment industry is preferred; however, we would look to develop an individual with transferable skills who is looking to take the next step in their career.

In terms of the right person, we are looking for someone with a flexible approach, both towards working hours and in your attitude to work along with a desire to advance your career path.

The ideal candidate is confident and driven, is open to taking on, and developing new ideas. You will also enjoy communicating with a variety of people on different levels, along with the ability to make proactive decisions to problem solve and manage a team.

You will be able to offer exceptional skills in being a great team player, supportive, passionate.

No task is too small or menial – you roll up your sleeves to get the job done. 

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for ensuring site compliance and all the component parts of our service level agreement. 
  • Ensuring client requirements are always fulfilled. 
  • Ensuring recruitment of workers is at the desired levels
  • Managing an office team along with shift supervisors
  • Producing weekly KPI's 
  • Support the account team at check in. 
  • Deal with any issues with the support of HR
  • Site Payroll for workers
  • Support the team with their development

 Requirements

  • GCSE Maths & English, grade C or above (or equivalent qualifications)
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator
  • You’re flexible – willing and able to work flexible schedules/shifts outside of your regular shift pattern
  • You demonstrate keen attention to detail, initiative and proactivity. 

Hours:

This will be Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 with some holiday cover at the weekends.
