In-House Recruitment Manager - Coventry   

Our Client is looking for an In-House Recruitment Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to become a part of the expansion within an exciting, employee-owned organisation. We run Graduate Development Programmes, Telesales Academy’s, and Field Sales Academy’s in addition to recruiting full time roles throughout a wide variety of functions across the business.  

Working closely with the Group Operations & Finance Manager, the role will allow you to be actively involved in all operations within the business, having a real impact on how we promote vacancies and recruit within our business to support our impressive growth.

 The role will also include: 

  • Creating and implementing a recruitment programme across the whole business.
  • Supporting on large strategic projects from a recruitment perspective.
  • Working with the senior management team to forecast and plan recruitment needs.
  • Marketing to advertise and promote vacancies.
  • Supporting senior management with the running of annual graduate and sales recruitment programmes.
  • Running out-reach campaigns with social media.
  • Standardising our recruitment adverts.
  • Coordinating applications, to include planning and running assessment days.
  • Supporting the on-boarding of recruits in terms of induction days.


We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic person. The candidate must: 

  • Be highly motivated and have a hunger to succeed.
  • Be able to create excellent rapport with the internal team and potential candidates.
  • Have the ability to self-manage and plan effectively.
  • Possess excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Be resourceful and proactive with strong organisational/administrative skills.
  • Have 2 years’ experience and been successful working within a recruitment organisation or in a recruitment function of a business.
  • Be familiar with recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
