We are currently recruiting an Administrator to work in our client’s offices based in Northampton.
Working for a market leading company who provide buildings and facilities surveys.
This role requires someone with excellent customer service and phone skills as you will part of a team calling clients to book in surveys and dealing with any queries
You will be communicating daily with your team, the surveyors and clients ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 08.30am – 17.00pm ( can be flexible )
Responsibilities are as follows:
Assisting the office managers and Project Managers as required
Calling up clients and booking in appointments
Managing the data submissions and inputting accurately onto the system
Maintaining planners
Providing admin support to ensure timely delivery of the final reports to customers.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to manage the diary
Experience working in a busy office environment
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent Microsoft office, including Excel, skills.
Must have good attention to details
Be able to prioritise workloads
Be able to communicate effectively on all levels.
