Production Operative - Permanent 25k/year

Reporting to the Hatchery Manager, Siamo Group is looking for the right person to fill this role working Friday – Tuesday 10.00am – 18.00pm with flexibility in our Incubation team to include the following tasks:
· Transfer of eggs from Setters to Hatchers
· Candling Eggs
· Monitoring the performance of the incubators
· Incubator troubleshooting
· General hygiene duties
· Hatchery operative duties
· Follow appropriate cleaning and hygiene standards, according to agreed company protocols
 
The successful candidates must have

 good communication skills,
 be a team player and good people person,
 and have ability to work using their own initiative and also to work as part of a team

This role will include a certain amount of manual handling and also people management and training.
