Your role was an Account Manager will see you interacting with customers to provide quotations, assisting with technical queries and using internal systems to process invoices.

This Account Manager role would suit someone from a technical sales, installations or site visiting background for you to hit the ground running, however, in depth product training will be provided, helping you to achieve your best career path within the company.

Your role as an Account Manager


  • Provide technical support including quotations
  • Follow up quotations, further promoting the services
  • Effectively manage the outstanding order report on a monthly basis
  • Be flexible to handle sales calls and service in house quotations, you may be required to visit site
  • Produce the written quotation outlining the payment terms and proposal
  • Liaise with the Installations team on booking in jobs ensuring all sufficient paperwork is available
  • Follow up of quotations and update the internal system with accurate updates
  • Provide progress report to line manager



The ideal candidate for this Account Manager with have knowledge or experience in:


  • A background in sales and consultancy role
  • An understanding of site visiting to provide installations advise
  • A background within installations
  • Experience in using effective selling techniques
