Siamo Northampton are looking for Customer Service Agents!!

Details;

• Northamptonshire Location
• Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm - Some Weekends
• £10.90 - £11.80 P/H

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling Customer Enquiries/ Complaints Via Email, Calls
• Liaising With Company Departments
• Processing Orders
• Using Current Processing Systems

Experience;

• 1 Years customer Service - Desired

• Confident Communicator 
• Fantastic Telephone Manner
• Excellent Administration Skills
• Good Attention to Detail
• Ability to Work Under Pressure
• IT Literate Including Excel and Word
