Site Operative - Labouring

Siamo are looking for a Site Operative to join a busy client who buy, assemble, and sell infrastructure into the UK electric rail network. This will be a hands-on role which involves a degree of heavy lifting, and outside work. You will be joining a friendly close-knit team based just outside of Cirencester, near Foss Cross.  

This role could potentially involve production line work for the right candidate, including assembly of steal/aluminium parts using bolts/steal pins/washers and spilt pins, which is a great opportunity to build a valuable skillset.

Shift:

• Temporary, ongoing.
• Monday – Friday
• 8am – 4pm
• £10+ per hour DOE

Daily responsibilities will include: 

• Picking and packing parts for dispatch
• Quality checking of all products prior to dispatch
• Checking in goods from delivery notes with high attention to detail
• Keeping site tidy 
• Carrying materials around site using good health and safety practices
• General labouring duties 

The ideal candidate will: 

• Have previous site experience 
• Have steel-toe safety boots  
• Have a can-do attitude, and the ability to work well within a team
• Be happy to partake in physical work with occasional heavy lifting
