Are you experienced an Office Administrator with an interest in Estate Agency looking to join driven and growing team within Stow-On-The-Wold?
 
We here at Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with a market leading independent estate agency that specialise in the sale of prime properties within the areas.
 
We are recruiting an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to join their friendly and professional team who are renowned for providing a highly personal and exceptional service to all clients.
 
This opportunity offers variety, responsibility and development as the branch grows as will the role.

This Office Manager role will have the following responsibilities:
 

  • Actively welcoming guests and customers to the branch
  • Manage the inbound phone line distributing where required
  • Manage the office layout and presentation
  • Booking property viewings for potential buyers
  • Manage and adjust our clients social media pages
  • Oversee all documentation into the office
  • Support as a P/A function the Fee Earners

 
 
The ideal candidate for this Office Manager opportunity will have:
 

  • Previous Administration exposure is essential
  • Previous Personal Assistant exposure would be advantageous however not essential
  • A confident and effective communicator
  • A passion for estate agency and property would be advantageous
  • Previous social media management exposure
  • Proficient with Microsoft Packages
