Siamo have partnered with a leading technology company based in Cirencester who are looking to continue their projected growth by adding a Sales Administrator to their close-knit team in Cirencester.

This position is ideal for those who have come from a customer service background and are looking to take their career into a rewarding, and progressive business with healthy potential to create fantastic career progression routes for the right individual.

As Sales Administrator, you will be a key member of their friendly team in Cirencester, contributing to the continued business success through a varied role including validating all customer purchase orders, resolving issues, providing first class support to customers to ensure a smooth-running department.

The successful candidate can expect to earn a base of £20,000, with your first year OTE’s at £22,000 with a £2,000 minimum bonus achieved through KPI related performance.

More information on the duties to be completed by the successful Sales Administrator candidate:

  • Respond to customer requests promptly in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle complaints effectively to successfully resolve any issues in a timely fashion
  • Build and maintain relationship with customers, contributing to repeat business
  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, email, or webchat
  • Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions and comments using internal CRM
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Sales and Product Management

The ideal candidate for this Sales Administrator position will have the below skills and attributes:

  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Confident and professional telephone manner and an experience of taking customer calls
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Computer literate inc. with MS Office packages
