As an Administration Executive, you will be organised, with excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload and assist the sales team and customers with issues and queries, processing purchase orders on a bespoke inhouse system and resolving issues.


This role offers full in-depth training for you to succeed in the role, where you will be supported every step of the way, working you towards the clear progression plans in place.

Your responsibilities as an Administration Executive:

  • Respond to customer's requests promptly in a professional and friendly manner
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Sales and Product Management
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries and complaints in a prioritized manner
  • Manage all order related issues quickly and effectively
  • Build and maintain business relationship with customers, ensuring actions are processed accurately
  • Dealing directly with customers either by telephone, electronically
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions and comments using workflow tools
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers, providing regular status updates
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Sales and Product Management
