We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a forward thinking and innovative business. They are going through an exciting growth period with excellent prospects on the horizon and are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to lead the line for the next 6 months on an FTC to support our client.  


Within these 6 months it allow you the position to create, develop and implement our clients HR strategy supporting the company in becoming a leader of best practice in the global organisation. 


As the Interim HR Business Partner, you will oversee the delivery of payroll services, manage and review reward, recognition and our clients Benefit Schemes.   Our client has identified the requirement for the suited candidate to have a range of exposure as a HR Business Partner who has experienced company growth implementing ideas coinciding with exposure to learning and development. Why join our client as a HR Business Partner:

Within this Contract HR Business Partner you will have the below responsibilities: 


  • Develop and implement the HR Strategy for 3-5 years, becoming a leader of best practice HR in the global organisation
  • Lead the Human Resource operations by supporting recruitment, development and reward and recognition
  • Grow and develop our clients Learning and Development program
  • Anticipate, help design and shape organsational change with the internal stakeholders
  • Create and implement an apprentice program which will develop talented individuals for the company
  • Creation of training delivery plans
  • Facilitate the creation of a high performing, positive culture
  • Ensuring company appraisals are booked in and completed
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with ever updating GDPR legislation
  • Conduct and complete any disciplinary hearings


This HR Business Partner role will require the previous exposure and key characteristics: 


  • Immediately Available
  • Previous exposure as a HR Business Partner is essential due to the level of the role
  • Exposure working alongside the board and implementing new ideas
  • Working to set budgets and identifying cost reductions
  • Agile by nature being proactive and reactive in an every changing industry
  • CIPD Level 7 qualified
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualified
  • A background within Learning & Development
  • Social media exposure and has dealt with Glassdoor re benchmarking
  • Broad operational experience of delivery within a growing business
  • Commercially aware and a driver for continuous improvement
