Digital and Marketing Executive


£23,000 - £25,000 Per Annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital and Marketing Executive to join my client on a permanent basis at their Swadlincote office.

We are looking for someone to help develop and support the business with all online and offline marketing activities. Developing and growing our client’s brand across all sectors.


The ideal candidate will be able to work Monday to Thursday 08.30am – 17.00pm and 16.30pm on a Friday.


 Job Responsibilities

  • The development of online and offline services to increase brand recognition, Sales, organic and paid visitors.
  • To positively promote the brand across social media channels, gaining followers, increasing engagement, and increasing positive sentiment, 
  • To manage paid online marketing campaigns and report results to the digital manager using a range of digital platforms such as YouTube, Facebook business, Instagram, Google My Business.
  • To create, manage and schedule content including video for social media channels and produce top line monthly reports for management.
  • To write engaging, positive, and helpful content for both online SEO, and print media using outstanding and reliable English language skills
  • Manage, update, and maintain website content via our CMS system
  • To represent the brand directly to customers through social media monitoring and communication using online channels.
  • To drive online success with support, ideas, and creativity at all stages.
  • To support external employees with their marketing and digital requests, in line with the digital and marketing budget and annual plans.
  • To report directly to Managers and Directors as and when required. 
  • To liaise with external SEO and PPC support.
  • To liaise with external magazines, publications, print media, digital media, print and suppliers to deliver excellent quality.
  • To stay fully abreast of budgeting, deadlines, and responsibilities.
  • To support the wider business in non-digital or marketing activities as and when required.


To be considered for this role, we require

  • Experience working in a similar role (preferably one year)
  • Have experience in Managing paid Media Campaigns as well as affiliates
  • Ave experience in working with Data and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager etc)
  • Experience Working in E-commerce and comfortable with managing CMS content
  • Be Tenacious with a can-do attitude
  • Be Adaptable and willing to learn
