Office Administrator / PA
Siamo are working with a local partner based in Cirencester, who are looking to onboard an experienced Office Administrator / PA for their close knit and friendly team.
This role offers you a chance to work in a beautiful, welcoming office where you will be conducting administrational tasks to support the running and operations for the company and your team. You will be the go-to person, helping with tasks and queries as they arise.
This role would suit someone from an Estate Agency background.
Your duties in the Office Administrator / PA role
- Provide PA and partnership support to the Director
- Provide secretarial & administrative support to all within the team – including client work, departmental administration, and marketing
- Support in the smooth running of the Office and resolve queries
- To be a proactive, well organised and supportive team player
- Be able to multi-task quickly and efficiently.
- Be able to take responsibility, on own initiative and when asked, and be fully communicative with the team.
- Accurately enter information onto the internal system.
The ideal candidate for this Office Administrator / PA role
- Experience within an estate agency environment
- A working understanding of CRM systems
- PA / Secretary experience
- An organised and skilled individual
