Siamo are working with a long-standing partner who are looking to onboard a Customer Service Manager to join a forward thinking, marketing leading company based in South Cerney.


As a Customer Service Manager, you will be an integral part of the company and a friendly face to all customers that you help and guid through issues, this is a great opportunity to create a long-lasting career in a busy industry. You will have the freedom to help your team achieve the best version of themselves.


You will Receive:  

  • 35 week (9.30am – 4.30pm)
  • £22,000.00
  • 28 days (including bank holidays) plus 1 day per year up to maximum of 5 additional days.
  • If birthday falls on a work day company will give this as an extra days holiday


Your duties as a customer service manager:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding/taking action as requested
  • Taking of payments and handling of cheque/bacs payments, confirming cashbook weekly
  • Banking of cheques in absence of Director
  • Management of client bookings
  • Preparing holiday files
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Deal with website queries
  • Sending out invoices, booking confirmations, statements
  • Assisting with client transport arrangements
  • Maintain client feedback
  • Support clients/carers with any complaints and report to Directors


The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Manager Role:


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Previous Customer Service experience essential
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good time management essential
  • Understanding of work priorities and spotting opportunities for improvement
  • Given nature of work a DBS check will be essential
