Our client is a highly successful and rapidly expanding Facilities Management Company in the provision of commercial refurbishments and large multi occupancy properties. Due to growth, they now see this time as right time to bring in a driven and ambitious Project/Facilities Coordinator.
The successful candidates must have a genuinely knowledge of RAMS (risk assessment method statements) and be quite versatile as the role can be quite demanding.
· The person would be required to get new business and deal with incoming quotes from existing customers
· Schedule and liaise with contractors
· Order Materials as required
· Driving license is essential as site visits will be expected
· Ability to communicate effectively - written and verbal
Salary is £28 – 30k
