We are actively seeking a Administrator to join my client at their Bretby Premises.
The role will provide comprehensive support to the Commercial department, due to growth of the company.
Duties will include order processing, raising invoices and dealing with delivery notes, and ensuring timely and accurate orders. There will be other adhoc duties as required by the business.
Job Role

Processing product orders.
Raising invoices/delivery notes. (Checking pricing and volumes)
Producing weekly reports.
Liaising with customers. (Order updates, future order levels etc.)
Support other members of the team.
Administer the Commercial Order Book, ensuring completeness and accuracy, including clearing of “Old order remnants”.

Candidate Requirements

Strong communication skills. (Essential)
Excellent MS Office skills to include MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook. (Essential)
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage several projects at the same time, through multi-tasking and prioritising workload.
Demonstrate a positive and flexible approach including the willingness to assist with ad hoc activities.
Deliver prompt and efficient solutions to tasks at hand.
Help maintain an open, trustful, creative, and effective working environment.
Ability to communicate effectively to a variety of individuals within the organisation and with external companies.
Ability to anticipate potential issues which require immediate resolution.
