We here at Siamo Recruitment are working with a market leading client within the high-end bathroom solutions supplier. Our client is looking to onboard a showroom installation manager to join their growing team due to the success and ongoing requirements of their clients.

 

You will be overseeing a driven and welcoming team ensuring a first-class installation to my clients retailers in order to showcase the range provided in the best way possible.

 

Previous team management exposure is essential along with proven exposure of installing within a bathroom industry.

The hours:

 

Monday – Friday based on a 40 hour week

 

 

This Installations Manager role will have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Being accountable for the installations team
  • Proposing, planning and coordinating installation projects in line with client requirements
  • Management of our clients showroom, exhibition vehicle and promotion display
  • Management of costs, materials and employee equipment
  • Carrying out detailed site visits and surveys in order to effectively report and guide the installations team
  • Responsible for all Health and Safety practices whilst on sites
  • Heading up the communication and relaying this across the business through-out the projects

 

 

The ideal Installations Manager for our client will have the following exposure:

 

  • Proven exposure in managing installation projects within the bathroom industry
  • Experienced in completing customer reports and surveys
  • Previous construction experience would be advantageous
  • Exposure completing risk assessments and method statements
  • Proven electrical knowledge to NVQ on City and Guilds level
  • 17th or 18th edition electrical qualification
  • Health and Safety trained working to HASAWA ACT. 1974
  • Ability to create SOPs and provide a range of training when required
  • Comfortable with travelling to client locations
