Depot Administrator Leicester Competitive Salary
We are recruiting for an experienced Depot Administrator to join our client’s Leicester office.
Working for a market leading privately owned global company specializing in the industrial and construction industry.

The role is 42.5 hours per week 8am to 5.30pm with one-hour unpaid lunch
 
Main Responsibilities of the Role:
To communicate effectively to management of depot warranty departmental and/or customer warranty claims, maximising warranty claim efficiency at all times and to achieve monthly financial targets as set out in the budget using the resource available and to control all costs associated with the running of the service department. You will also be responding efficiently and effectively to all customer queries to ensure we meet customer demand.
Duties:

Processing engineer time sheets.
Invoicing of service jobs and some parts job.
Submission of warranty and policy claims to Manufacturers, monitoring progress, escalating issues, checking credits and coding accordingly
Use of Microsoft IT packages for data entry and tracking
Parts Returns to assist in completing quarterly parts return to Manufacturer
Purchase invoice verification and checking
Processing credit and debit transactions
Employee holiday and sickness submission to HR
General Administration duties including answering of phones (Internal & external), message taking, stationary ordering and checks and dealing with post.
Assist in other service administration as and when required
Holiday cover for any role as and when required

 
Personal Attributes:

Able to work as part of a team and capable of delivering results under pressure and to strict deadlines
Previous experience in a busy administrator role
Honest, reliable, trustworthy, good timekeeper
Ability to work on own initiative
Ability to communicate efficiently at all levels – verbally, in print and on the telephone
Good IT Skills
Clean driving licence and good driving record
