Sales Support Administrator

We are recruiting for our client based in Ashby Be La Zouch, Leicestershire
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to provide Sales Administration support to a busy, prestigious organisation.
The role is providing high quality administration support to Customer Development Managers and the wider Sales Team
The role is working Monday to Friday – 37 Hours per week.
The role involves the following:
- Providing administration support to a sales team
- Accurately maintaining and preparing records using a CRM system.
- Producing status reports
- Communicating to all departments ensuring a smooth sales cycle
- Support in preparing sales documentation.
- Being responsible for meeting deadlines and managing workload
- Working to targets and maintaining a high level of sales service
- General admin support
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Previous administration experience.
- Experience ideally within automotive, engineering, manufacturing, banking or events sectors.
- A confident communicator – speaking with people at all levels
- Strong communications skills
- Highly organised
- Able to use own initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Excellent IT skills including Office 365 & CRM systems
- Desirable (not essential) – SAP and Smartsheet experience
- Profit Share Scheme (after 6 months service p- paid quarterly)
