Part time 3 days working week!


Opportunity to join a busy warehouse team in West Thurrock. We are offering a part time coordinator role for candidates that want to work within the logistic industry, There will also be opportunity to work in the warehouse to increase hours.

On-going temporary role are available for the right candidates with onsite training an opportunity to learn on the job, increase industry knowledge and start to build a career.


The Role

  • 00am till 14.30pm
  • Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday (Days may vary with site demands)
  • Rate of pay – £10.50ph
  • Office admin support

Safety shoes, HI-VIS and face masks Must be worn at all times whilst on-site


Office duties will include but not limited to:

  • Fulfilling daily requirements
  • Resourcing candidates
  • Conducting site inductions
  • Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll
  • Audit and compliance checking
  • Managing workers holiday, Absence and shift patterns
  • Liaising with clients to discuss fulfilment needs


Warehouse duties include but not limited to:

  • Loading and Unloading
  • Palletising
  • Labelling
  • Keeping the work areas clean and safe
  • Handballing and wrapping


Please note some heavy lifting will be involved and attention to detail is a must. You will be working in a small group of reliable and enthusiastic people.


Previous office experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided

A positive attitude and flexibility are essential.
