Customer Service Executive

£20,000 - £23,000

We here at Siamo recruitment are working in partnership with a start up client with amazing future potential, this role will allow you to work remotely across the next 6 months until our client makes the move back in to the office.


This is an opportunity to really make a difference, providing a high quality customer journey from aftersales, quoting, delivery updates and regular customer queries.


This role will allow for autonomy along with the ability to work as part of a team or solo.


Reporting into the directors this is an excellent opportunity to progress you career and nurture your customer service skills.


Pay: £20,000 - £23,000 depending on experience.


Hours of work: 08:00am -18:00pm Monday to Friday.

The role will have the following responsibilities:


  • Working in a small knit team dealing with customer enquiries and either resolving these or passing over to the relative party
  • Monitoring cash flow
  • Updating customers with delivery times and working closely with the delivery team
  • Updating and creating orders for customers
  • Monitoring and managing a chat box function
  • Dealing with all enquiries via a shared mailbox
  • General data entry ensuring our clients CRM is up to date
  • Account management of certain customers
  • Working in partnership with the sales team and operations director to ensure smooth running



The ideal candidate will have: 


  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Previous exposure working within a varied role where self motivation is key
  • Target driven and passionate on providing a professional customer experience
  • Ability to work confidently and professionally as part of a team or on your own
  • A positive and progressive mindset
