The ideal candidate:

  • A passion for marketing and engaging customers.
  • Educated to Degree level or Minimum 1-2 years working within direct or integrated agency environment.
  • Methodical, with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of their client’s business and objectives, their market sector, and the marketing landscape.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage several projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Experience in digital channels and marketing technology.
  • Confident and effective communicator.

 

 

 

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • A great team player.
  • Strong ability to solve problems and deal with difficult conversations.
  • Responds quickly to queries from internal stakeholders and clients and acts decisively when problems are highlighted.
  • Prepare and conduct 1:1’s and development conversations.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and manage several projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Thorough understanding of internal processes and procedures with excellent organisation skills.
  • Owning, writing, and delivering briefs.
  • Working closely with internal teams.
  • Daily client contact and will be comfortable in building a strong relationship.
  • Highly organised in approach, ensuring documentation and administration runs smoothly.
  • Actively participate in all meetings and status calls.
  • You will have good commercial understanding and be responsible for your own project financials.
  • Spot possible tactical opportunities for growth.
