Administrator  – Harborne – 3 month FTC

The Team & Focus of the Role.

Would you like to join our established and driven commercial property team in Harborne? Primarily this office serves commercial clients within property management and they are part of a close knit network across the UK to deliver exceptional results for our clients & ensure their properties are being managed to their maximum potential.

We’re looking for a new member of the team to join us and help continue our client service standards. If you’re a self-starter who enjoys having a varied working load and managing spinning plates then this could be a great opportunity for you.

This is a 3 month full-time position on a 37.5 hour contract (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm) however we encourage flexible working.  

Duties will include:

  • Daily co-ordination in relation to all utility supplies (void units, service charge or recharge accounts) e.g. COT, lease copies, readings, rates, etc
  • Enter meter readings on DBG portal and Stadia spreadsheet.
  • Completion of relevant form for COT requests to Stadia and DBG, providing supporting documentation.
  • Receive, read and make Property Managers aware of issues highlighted via the Vacant Unit Property Inspector e.g. roof leak’s.
  • Process and approval of Vacant Property Managers invoices.
  • Prepare Purchase Orders and circulate to Supplier/Contractor, check if an existing or new Contractor/Supplier.
  • Prepare/assist with the preparation of data requests as per Client’s request.
  • Provide administration support to the Property Management Team.
  • Assist with Reception duties during holiday periods and absence.
  • Adhoc duties as and when required.

  • Strong Excel & other Microsoft packages experience
  • Clear communication for both internal and external clients
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Property experience (desirable)
  • Knowledge of environmental compliance/health and safety (desirable)
