Siamo are partnering with a growing business in Wiltshire who are looking to on board a Sales Support Executive to join them in their period of forecasted growth, this office-based role will see you reporting to the Install Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities as a Sales Operations Support team member, are to provide office-based assistance to the Sales Manager by processing supply and installation work and then liaising with customers and internal teams for a smooth outcome.

Your Duties as a Sales Operations Support:

  • Create job sheets for sales manager as required ensuring information is complete through use of company’s internal system.
  • Reviewing presentations and work instructions created by sales manager to ensure the design and install manager are clear on what is being supplied.
  • Manage customer enquiries through answering telephone calls and emails.
  • Creating job sheets, understanding whether goods for job are to be supplied by customer or to be created by the in-house teams.
  • Ensure everything is checked by in-house team to ensure it is suitable for purpose.
  • Manage submission and approval process with customer.
  • Ensuring information is correct and the customers are updated on the approval date.
  • In addition to manging approvals ensure that any goods not supplied are chased.
  • Working with installation operations manager to communicate with customer planned install dates.
  • Maintain communication with customer to ensure they are fully informed of the job status.
  • Working with install team to understand the install plans,
  • Maintain awareness of all jobs being processed and to act as a link between business and the customer.

  • Account management experience
  • Being able to demonstrate fantastic customer communication skills.
  • First class organisational and management of own time.
  • Excellent email management and power point use.
