Siamo Recruitment are now recruiting for their brand new client based in Dirft, NN6.

Due to an extended period of growth, our client is now looking to bring in an Admin Manager to support the team in a critical period.

Job Role:

Admin Manager

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday (07.00 – 17.00)


Temporary to Permanent


£35k per year (Paid Hourly)

Day to Day Duties:

  • Supervising the team of Administrators within the office
  • Producing weekly reports and stats
  • Liaising with clients and central finance to collate information
  • Undertake all basic admin duties
  • Monitor absence
  • Regular Reviews
  • Promote good teamwork and ethics within the office
  • Following standard and company health and safety procedures
  • Conducting Disciplinary procedures in line with company procedures

You will be responsible for holding key relationships with:

Improvement managers, Contract Account Managers, Warehouse Managers, Carrier Manager, Warehouse Controller

What knowledge, experience and Skills do you require?

  • GSCE in English and Math’s
  • Driving License
  • Min of 2 years in Admin Functions including Payroll
  • Experience of supervising Juniors
  • Awareness in health and safety an environmental code knowledge
  • Knowledge of Payroll process’s
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Analytical skills
  • Good PC Skills
