Customer Service Consultant


We here at Siamo Recruitment are working alongside a market leading client within their industry keen to onboard a growing and ambitious Customer Service Consultant to join their operations department.


You’ll be the face of the business dealing with existing customers supplying them with the highest levels of service as part of a dynamic and highly rewarding company. This role will provide you with an in depth training programs aligning perfectly with personal and professional development.

As a Customer Service Consultant you role will have the following duties:


  • Management of incoming customer support requests providing them with an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensuring that all call schedules are maintained and completed
  • Taking ownership of key customers and channel partners
  • Recording and tracking of customer changes and orders
  • Obtaining and collating customer information
  • Recording all internal comms on their CRM systems
  • Working closely with the Customer Support Manager and projects
  • Processing customer reports ahead of renewals


The ideal candidate for this role will have the following professional exposure and attributes:


  • Previous customer service experience or contact centre
  • Experienced in working to deadlines and KPI’s
  • Previous exposure of logging information onto an internal CRM system
  • A confident and professional communicator with the ability to converse with all levels
  • Good organization skills
  • Committed to continual growth and service improvement
  • Full UK Driving License due to rural location
