Siamo have partnered with a truly forward-thinking, reputable organisation, who are looking to on board a Receptionist, on a 12-month fixed term contract. Due to an exciting period of growth. Based in Cirencester, our partner is aiming to be the largest and most well-known experts in their field, you will be joining a company that prides themselves on customer success, guest welfare, whilst providing an experience to their clients that rivals none.
The ideal candidate would hold the following experience:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Administrator.
A strong and confident communicator both via the phone and face-to-face
Ability to manage volume tasks with a multitude of stakeholders.
Ability to work unassisted and with own initiative.
Excellent communicator at all levels of the organisation both written and verbal
High degree of flexibility
Be computer literate with good working knowledge of all Microsoft programmes.
Able to build good relationships throughout the business.
Attention to detail and high organisational skills.
Professional and respecting confidentiality.
As a Receptionist your duties will include but are not limited to:
Be first point of call for all phone calls.
Introduction and welcoming of guests to our clients.
Setting up meeting rooms and advising internal teams of arrivals.
Prepare new starter packs and ensure first day induction is included.
Ensure all new paperwork is signed and returned.
Reference check and screen all new starters prior to start date.
Add new starters to Internal CRM.
Onboard new starters and ensure that they have all they need to support them in their new role.
Maintain employee records including updating any personal information, absence records, training records etc.
