Siamo Recruitment are working closely with a client going through a peak period keen to on board an administrator to join their growing team within Cirencester.
This is a temporary role however previously our client has offered permanent opportunities to the suitable candidates.
THIS ROLE IS AN IMMEDIATE START.
Pay: £9.50 - £10.00 per hour based on a 38.75-hour week.
Days: Monday – Friday (no weekends).

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

  • Experience working in an administration role.
    Have excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
    Ability to multi-task and previous EA exposure

The role and your responsibilities:

  • Admin support for After-Sales Director & Sales Director
  • Overall admin support.
  • Administration of service contracts
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post.
  • Banking – cash book management and business system processing
  • Management of petty cash.
  • Deal with all DVLA communication, taxing of vehicles, management of logbooks, V55’s
  • Book operator training for all requirements
  • Telephone answering / message taking.
  • Company fuel card management.
  • Posting out of invoices and statements.
  • Act as back up for Sales Administrator.
  • Provide timesheet back-up.
