We here at Siamo are working in partnership with one of the leading business across the south west, who are looking to onboard and develop a Product Administrator to be part of their expanding team.

 

As a Product Administrator you will be an integral point of contact for account managers and and external partners, escalating any queries and liaising with partners to resolve any issues as they arise.

Your responsibilities:

 

  • To provide end to end management of all deal registration and price support requests.
  • To report and progress on all outstanding deal registration and price support requests.
  • To Ensure that the CRM opportunities and quotations are updated with DRF reference numbers.
  • To work with the Product Management & Engineering to qualify and submit working Juniper solutions.
  • Assist in the management of CRM and other internal sales tools to ensure that they are up to date and accurate.
  • Work with Product Management to ensure that all opportunities are up to date.
  • Work closely with purchasing and logistics departments to ensure the best possible customer and vendor experience.
  • To assist Product Management with sales commercial acceleration days.
  • Build relationships with key partners to understand their processes.
  • To assist with AM’s & Partners with customer queries and help resolve any issues.
  • Assist with AM’s and Partners with support & JTAC cases.
  • Working with Channel Support to resolve partner VAR ID & portal access issues. 
  • Assisting with purchasing with DRF/pricing issues.
  • Managing pre-order submissions with purchasing.
  • Working with operations teams on part code setups
