Service Administrator 

Due to this growth, my client who is based in Coalville, are looking for a talented service administrator who takes pride in providing excellent customer service and has a passion for working with the best. We are looking to recruit someone to operate the light goods vehicle service desk and become the first point of contact for the business.. 

 

Hours of Work and Pay 

  • Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays   
  • 08.00am - 17.00pm 
  • £9.61 per hour - £10.57 per hour 

 

Job Role 

  • Responsible for Dealing with customers with a smile and in a friendly professional manner, both in person, on the phone & via email, regarding their personal or fleet vehicles. 
  • Booking in vehicles for MOT, service and repairs and organising the scheduled diary of work (Liaising with the Heavy & light goods Controllers) 
  • Booking in all forms of work and following the jobs progress through from start to finish, including ensuring all documentation is completed and uploaded to the system. 
  • Keeping customers updated and updating systems are all key parts of the role. 
  • Managing customer expectations. 
  • Invoicing, filing and any other office related duties. 
  • To flexibly fill in for holidays etc in other roles. 

 

 Candidate Requirements 

  • Previous experience working within an office, garage, administration or a customer service-based role would be an advantage. 
  • A high level of professionalism and customer service both in person & over the phone 
  • Competent in Microsoft Office & Excel 
  • Ability and confidence to learn new and bespoke company computer systems and processes. 
  • Proactive within your role and with a helpful attitude 
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail 
  • Able to handle multiple tasks. 
  • Smart appearance – Uniform will be supplied. 
  • A positive team player
