Our client supplies all industries ranging from Fast food restaurants to Airlines that travel the globe.
Proven experience in this role within manufacturing of +3years
· BSc in Logistics, Business Administration, or Accounting (Prefered).
· Comprehensive understanding of MS Excel, Word and SAGE Line 50/ SAGE Manufacturing software.
· Develop an efficient and accurate reporting system for monitoring all open purchase orders.
· Ability to work well in a team, able to thrive in a high pressure/stress environment.
· Work with the warehouse team to ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned purchase orders and report back ordered or missing products.
· Assist the Warehouse and Production managers with maintaining proper inventory levels of materials used on a regular basis through the use of SAGE software.
· Strong negotiating skills to secure the best contract terms of agreement and pricing
· Have the ability to enter accurate details onto internal databases, i.e. order details (vendors, quantities, prices) with impeccable attention to detail.
· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
