Siamo is partnering with a well-established company based in Cirencester, who are looking to onboard a sales Coordinator to be part of a central team who are responsible for the end-to-end ordering process for all customers.
Working as a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for generating, tracking and communicating all quoting activities for new and existing customers. Quoting all vendor products, vendor services and vendor support.

Generate, co-ordinate and provide customer quotes for a range of clients.
Project co-ordinate large bids and ensure submission to the customer within the agreed SLA.
Liaise with Suppliers and Customers directly to resolve any discrepancies preventing valid quotations from being produced.
Working with the Suppliers to ensure that all special pricing agreements are in place.
Attend regular update calls/meetings with the Account Director as and when required.
Attend meetings/calls where necessary with the supplier or customer to discuss large bids and projects.
Work within the agreed SLA’s.

Strong Communication skills.
Confident and clear telephone manner.
Strong key relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Must have good written and spoken communication skills.
Must be able to follow documented processes and instructions.
Previous experience working in a blue-chip company would be beneficial.
Adaptable to change.
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team.
