Administrative Assistant for a client working within the Automotive industry based in Hinckley.

(Temp to perm)

Job Description:

Deal with phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. 

Maintain accounts and stocking systems. 

Generate Job Cards based on customer orders and liaise with the Manufacturing Team.

Book collections with couriers

Input orders and purchase relevant products. 

Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers. 


The Candidate: 

Good customer service skills.

Confident with MS Office and accounting software.

Experience in the Automotive industry OR a be familiar with automotive components.

A full driving license would be an advantage.
