Receptionist/Overflow Call Handler
Award winning company “Siamo Recruitment” are looking to recruit a Receptionist/overflow call handler to join our client immediately on a 2-4week temporary basis in Ashby. This may be extended for the right candidate to a Permanent position.
Working under Coronavirus government guidelines, and Social distancing in the office applies.
We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
Responsibilities are as follows:
Answering the phone
Scheduling and dealing with Client callbacks
Support with Customer Service in busy periods
Meeting and Greeting Clients
General admin duties
To be Considered for this role you must have the following:
A knowledge of working with Zendesk or similar would be an advantage but not essential, as full training will be given
Must have excellent telephone manner
Must be strong on the phone and confident
Be able to prioritise workloads
And works well under pressure
