Account Manager

25,000 Basic + Team Commission
0 - 48 / per week - Full-Time

Siamo is proud to support a well-established Plant Hire and Training Business in Swadlincote in their search for a new Account Manager following a period of growth as a result of their ambitious team and increase in demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with practical IT skills, and some knowledge of the plant hire industry. They must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, whilst doing so in a calm and collected manner.


Primary responsibilities of the role:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to customers both in person and remotely.
  • Actively build and maintain the accounts, growing the business and building new client relationships
  • Embrace and promote new equipment as it enters the business.
  • Provide continuous assistance to the field sales team in supplying hire equipment, technical information, and training.


Essential Skills

  • Similar sales experience
  • Account Management


  • Time served working within tool, plant or access hire.
  • Previous customer facing experience
  • Track record of meeting sales and exceeding sales targets
  • Reacting quickly and properly to customer needs
  • Identifying and reacting to opportunities to grow the business through b2b sales.
