Logistics Customer Service Representitive
**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE **

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join one of our global clients who are one of the largest delivery and logistic companies in the world. Our client is based in West Drayton. As a Customer service agent, you will be responsible for being the key point of contact between client and customer.

Hours of work and pay:
Monday to Friday, 10am - 6pm £23,000
The role involves:
Liasing with external and internal customers
Monitoring live orders up to and including delivery
Liaise with other departments and vendors
Daily in hours monitoring of Contract Logistics FSL Transportation and warehouse network for the UK
Monitor vendors for compliance against stated KPI's
Management of the network for Post Sales
Provide support to internal customers if there is a need for escalation
Escalate any issue within the network for resolution
Experience within Logistics / Courier industry
Some experience of Warehouse operations
Excellent verbal and written communication would be required.
Able to self manage in order to provide results and excellent levels of customer satisfaction
IT literate particularly MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy are key to the smooth running of the entire operation and so you must have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
