We are currently recruiting Administration Coordinators to work in our client’s offices based in Northampton.

Working for a market leading company who provide buildings and facilities surveys; you will be integral in ensuring accurate reports are produced and jobs are completed.

As Administration Coordinator you will be responsible for a caseload of surveys and you will perform checks ensuring the information provided is accurate and make sure any missing information is gained from the surveyors. This will include writing up the reports, uploading documents and editing where required to ensure presentable and informative reports. You will see the process through until the reports are approved and sent to the clients.

This is an opportunity to learn about the surveying industry as full, in depth training is given in all aspects of the role and different types of surveys.

You will be communicating daily with your team, the surveyors and clients ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Assisting the office managers and Project Managers as required
  • Answering the phones and directing calls
  • Booking in Surveys
  • Managing the data submissions and inputting accurately onto the system
  • Keeping on top of open jobs and updating regularly to meet deadlines.
  • Producing reports and spreadsheets
  • Quality checking

 

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

  • Experience working in a busy office environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent Microsoft office, including Excel, skills.
  • Experience using CAD would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Must have good attention to details
  • Be able to prioritise workloads
  • Be able to communicate effectively on all levels.
  • Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.

 

The salary for this role is £18,000 - £20,000 Per Annum depending upon experience along with benefits of a private pension scheme, generous holiday allowance and access to retail savings schemes.  There are great opportunities to progress within the company who offer excellent training and support.
