We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager for one of our innovative and rapidly expanding clients.
This is a varied role focusing on the implantation of procedures within the organisation. A key responsibility will be the development of a strategy which supports the growth plans within this organisation. You will be working alongside all key stakeholders to implement, improve and offer up different ways to increase company presence within its niche market. You will be building a brand.

The role will include:
Lead development of the strategic plans for the organisation
Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
Conceptualise and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle
Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes
Establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
manage the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development
Creating outbound digital marketing campaigns within designated vertices
Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams and communicate with senior management
The ideal candidate:
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
