IT service Desk Analyst
We are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join an expanding IT team for our prestigious client based in Ashby de la Zouch.
You be part of an IT team that is critical in assisting them to stay operational during these unprecedented times and beyond. This is an opportunity to be part of a strong team in terms of experience, drive and passion. You’ll be assisting to raise tickets which means communication both on the phone and via email must be excellent and an understanding of Windows operating systems is a must.
Hours of Work and Pay
Monday to Friday
£18,000 - £20,000 Depending Upon Experience
1st Line IT Support
Helpdesk support via telephone and remote tools
Build of new laptops / Mobile phones
Logging all requests received accurately and to a high quality
Maintain records for asset management, MDM, Mobile phones, Active directory
Resolving IT support issues
Escalating requests if necessary
Liaising with Internal Engineers and support companies
Investigating any technical issues
Completing basic Windows Server administration
Working closely with the IT team
Site visits as required
Form part of the wider Systems Team supporting on-going project work
1 Years Helpdesk experience
Networking - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Mobile Android and Apple support
Must be flexible as some out of hours work may be required
Immediate start with training provided.
