Contact Centre Agents
£16,750 - £18,740 Depending on Shift
We are recruiting for our client based in Leicester City Centre
We have an exciting opportunity for people with experience of customer service within a contact centre environment.
As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for working with prestigious clients as the first point of contact. Taking inbound calls, you will be responsible for logging the job requirements and ensuring contractors are booked to carry out the required works. You will then be responsible for ensuring the client’s needs are met before closing the job.
A full months training is provided to ensure you can do the role to the best of your ability.
We have a few shift options available; some are office based and some are home based with a choice of fulltime and part time hours available on a permanent basis:
Weekdays- Day time shifts
37.5 hours per week worked over Monday to Friday between hours 8am – 6pm on a rotational shift basis.
Weekdays - Late and Night Shifts
37.5 hours per week, working pattern Monday to Friday 1.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m.** This position is home based.
Weekends - Late and Night Shifts
14.5 hours per week, working pattern Saturday and Sunday 1.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. This position is home based.
14.5 hours per week working pattern, Saturday and Sunday, 5 p.m. to 1.00 a.m. This position is home based.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Experience within a contact centre environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Able to work on own initiative
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
