40 / per week - Full-Time

Award winning recruitment Company, "Siamo Recruitment" are looking to recruit an Office Coordinator for our client who is a leader in their sector.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a long-standing career within a friendly working environment on a permanent basis.

Job details;

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:30am – 4:30pm with an early finish on Fridays
  • Permanent
  • £16,000 to £20,000 dependent on experience
  • Annual bonus

Duties include;

  • Producing quotes using company templates
  • Organising deliveries using calendars
  • Arranging transport for gas cylinders
  • Checking stocks
  • Communicating with clients via telephone and email
  • Using excel and cloud based products
  • Working to KPIs

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Proficient with the use of excel and cloud based products
  • Geographical knowledge of the UK
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work alone and in a team
  • An excellent telephone manner
  • An attention to detail
