You will be working closely alongside management and clients to ensure the best possible delivery of service. The role will include: 

  • Managing client expectations and ensuring the best possible service is provided
  • Assisting with fulfilment of orders 
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly up to date reports to management
  • Sales order administration 
  • Always remaining fully compliant when completing administrative tasks 
  • Suggest improvements to processes where necessary to ensure a continuous improvement 
  • Maintain a high standard of clear and accurate documentation 
  • Consistently communicate with line manager to ensure fully up to date with progress and to outline any potential issues 
  • Call handling and liaising with clients in a clear professional manner 
  • Problem solving

 

The ideal candidate: 

  • Will have a positive and can-do disposition 
  • Experience in an administrative post previously 
  • Strong IT skills 
  • Strong Customer Service skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
