Job Opportunity  
An opportunity has arisen to join one of our globally known clients in Cranfield on a temporary on going basis. The role is for a Research Engineer to join a fantastic well established team. You will provide Trend and Development Research in vehicle UX to support future technology Trends. MUST have Electronic Vehicle training

Hours of work and pay: 
Shifts – Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm. Friday 8am – 1.20pm
Pay - £24.00 - Overtime time and half  

Candidate responsibilities:   

Quarterly Tech Seeds report on Vehicle UX + follow up reports on request.
Completion of tasks set out in annual Job Request.
Report preparation for (UK & Japan)
Setting up and presenting to Japan
Regular meeting with Universities dependant of project work
Weekly / Monthly reviews with NTCE Senior/ manager / Director
Trend and Development Research in vehicle UX to support future technology Trends
Advanced Engineering support in Electric Vehicle charging infrastructure
University and supplier Liaison for Research Projects
Conference finding and attendance

Background & Experience

Degree level or higher in Engineering or similar qualification
Electric Vehicle training
Good communicator and team worker
Be able to work on their own if they need to
Understanding of Electric Vehicle technology and general vehicle architecture
Able to compile reports and present
Good computer skills
