Job Opportunity  
An opportunity has arisen to join one of our globally known clients in Cranfield on a temporary on going basis. The role is for a Project Administration Management to join a fantastic well established team. You will provide full support to the Electrical and Electronic test team, with schedules, updates and developments. You MUST be Engineering Degree qualified.

Hours of work and pay:
Shifts– Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm. Friday 8am – 1.20pm
Pay- £24.00 - Overtime time and half 

Candidate responsibilities:
To support the Electrical & Electronic (EE) Test team with:

  • Window person between EE and Project teams
  • Sharing of project development schedules to EE test team
  • Ensure reporting of test status on time to project stakeholders
  • Identify change points on project and share with stakeholders
  • Manage internal test plans and updates
  • Arranging vehicle transportation to and from offsite locations
  • Close communication with team leader and management team
  • Support EE variance calculations and update as required
  • Support management team as needed to deliver additional tasks as needed
  • Create project development summary reports (DSR) for key meetings as per schedules
  • Update and monitor test status via the OneVal systems
  • Create project concern reports using Concerns reporting system
  • Support Test hearings to provide latest status for EE
  • Create EE variance validation and reporting status

Background & Experience

  • Engineering Degree qualified
  • 2+ years’ experience of electrical testing within an Automotive OEM.
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Project management experience in automotive industry
