Overview of the role:
You will be expected to be able to work confidentially and autonomously within an HR Manager and advisory capacity reporting to and supporting the Operations Director
You will be an excellent communicator and be able to quickly build relationships with managers across the organisation and be able to demonstrable knowledge of operational activities and its practical application in the workplace.
This is a varied role where the successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task, have excellent planning & time management skills, be a team player and be prepared to move seamlessly from one task to another, in what is a busy environment.
