Due to continued rapid growth, a strong order book and new projects our well-established client are keen to onboard a business minded Sales Account Manager to join their small and family feel team.

This position is perfect for a driven individual looking for a varied role with high levels of responsibility. Reporting directly into the Managing Director you’ll be balancing business development, account management, technical support, order processing and general office administration.

This Sales Account Manager will have the following duties:

  • Identify potential new customers via warm leads, market research and potential cold calling
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for a wide range of customers
  • Build and maintain a strong, long lasting customer base
  • Managing key accounts, closing of sales and maximising return business through providing a quality service
  • Negotiate sales to maximise profits 
  • Help design and implement a strategic business plan to grow the company
  • Processing orders 
  • Provide detailed technical specifications to meet customer requirements
  • Providing technical support to the customers to resolve any issues

 

The ideal candidate for this Sales Account Manager role will have the following: 

  • Previous Account Management exposure is essential 
  • Understanding of a small business mentality 
  • Strong administrative skills 
  • A confident and professional communicator
  • Previous technical sales background would be advantageous
