At Siamo we are working to fill an Administration Support role to fit in with one our exceling clients design team. Supporting this team you will be expected to reach highest customer satisfaction and exceed targets.

The main day to day tasks included in this role include:

  • Processing customer orders and then liaising with supply chain to provide clear updates on expected delivery and installation dates trying to meet the 5 day delivery promise
  • Overseeing the Site Visit Diary to keep on top of the design and installation team – you will need to arrange installation and design visit directly with customers
  • Looking after and developing the quotation pipeline and advising the design team of any issues that the customer may have raised around this
  • Providing both verbal and written quotations directly to the end customer and dealing with any complaint or enquiries that they may present you with
  • Continuing to oversee the CRM system and identifying any potential for business then raising these to the relevant channels

In order to complete this role to the highest level the successful candidate requires:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay on top of your own workload
  • Customer satisfaction to ensure all clients are always kept up to date and on board
  • Experience handling calls and complaints
  • The ability to work to targets and deal with pressure situations
  • A knack to dealing with adverse situations and swinging them back in favour
