Customer Service Supervisor

This Customer Service Team Leader role will have the following responsibilities:


  • Planning and delegating daily team activities including co-ordination with Customer Service Administration
  • Ensuring that the telephones are sufficiently monitored at all times and the office is productive and professional
  • Managing escalated complaints and Filing of complaints/complements
  • Providing support to Customer Service Executives in problem solving and customer service including challenging performance issues
  • Managing day to day individual requests and follow up, i.e. holidays, sickness, appointments
  • Liaising with the Customer Service Manager on all matters relating to the customer service centre operation
  • Performing all functions of a Customer Service Executive when required
  • Other duties commensurate with ensuring the smooth running and continued development of the department and the business



The ideal candidate for this role will have the following exposure:


  • Proven Customer Service Experience preferably at a supervisor level
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident, clear telephone manner
  • Flexibility in shift patterns
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Ability to delegate tasks
